Our solid foundation plates come in various sizes, allowing for fast and easy drilling for HVAC, water heater exhaust, conduit, and sump pump pipes.  Think ahead- Install the plates when the mason is laying the block foundation or walls.  For poured walls, just make a reuseable jig.
