The EZ Vent 15.88" x 8" retrofit foundation plate gives remodeling and post-construction projects a clean, professional pass-through in an existing block foundation or wall. Instead of a rough, hand-patched hole, you get a finished foundation pass-through plate that looks like it was planned from day one.

What This Foundation Pass-Through Plate Is For:

Use this retrofit foundation plate anywhere a pipe, line or exhaust needs to pass through a block wall:

  • HVAC line sets: a neat exit for refrigerant lines to an outdoor condenser or mini split
  • Sump pump pipes: a finished opening for discharge lines through the foundation
